These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the services provided by Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including access to our website, located at warriorjj.com ("Site"), and participation in our martial arts programs ("Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• Enrollment: Enrollment for our Services can be completed online or in person. All enrollments are subject to our approval and are not confirmed until payment is received. • Fees: All fees must be paid in full before accessing our Services. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time without prior notice. • Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our Site.

• Class Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or programs due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, inclement weather, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will offer a make-up class or a credit toward future Services. • Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided in cases of long-term illness or injury, substantiated by a medical certificate, or as required by law. All other payments are final and non-refundable.

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns before participating in any classes or programs. You acknowledge that martial arts training involves physical contact and the inherent risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in our Services. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise during or after participation in our Services.

All content provided on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

Your personal information is collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy. Acceptance of this Agreement or our Privacy Policy does not itself provide consent to receive marketing text messages. SMS consent is collected separately as described in Section 16.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services or Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Changes to these terms do not by themselves provide new or expanded SMS consent.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC regarding the use of our Site and Services and supersedes any prior agreements between you and us relating to the same subject matter.

Program name: Warrior Jiu Jitsu Text Updates Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC, known to customers as Warrior Jiu Jitsu, offers optional recurring text messages to adult students, parents or guardians, and prospective customers who opt in. Informational messages include trial confirmations and follow-ups, class reminders, schedule changes, closure notices, and membership updates. Marketing messages include promotions, special offers, event invitations, and invitations to return to training. We send messages according to the categories you select. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Both SMS options are voluntary. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchasing services, registering for a trial or event, or participating in classes. Providing your phone number or accepting the general Terms & Conditions does not by itself enroll you in marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. REPLY STOP TO UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive a final acknowledgement and no further text messages from this program unless you validly opt in again. REPLY HELP FOR HELP.
