2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in our Services, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian if you are a minor. By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Registration and Payments

• Enrollment: Enrollment for our Services can be completed online or in person. All enrollments are subject to our approval and are not confirmed until payment is received.
• Fees: All fees must be paid in full before accessing our Services. Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify our fees at any time without prior notice.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our Site.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Class Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes or programs due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, inclement weather, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, we will offer a make-up class or a credit toward future Services.
• Refund Policy: Refunds will only be provided in cases of long-term illness or injury, substantiated by a medical certificate, or as required by law. All other payments are final and non-refundable.

5. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and other students. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the enrollment of any participant who engages in disruptive, abusive, or harmful behavior. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

6. Health and Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or other health concerns before participating in any classes or programs. You acknowledge that martial arts training involves physical contact and the inherent risk of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in our Services. We are not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise during or after participation in our Services.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected, used, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using our Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our Services or Site.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Warrior Jiu Jitsu LLC regarding the use of our Site and Services and supersedes any prior agreements between you and us relating to the same subject matter.
